Talento joven en acción: demandas del sector y desafíos de los graduados en su primera entrevista laboral

Abstract

The Professional Talents and Job Opportunities project was implemented at the Faculty of Forestry Sciences of the National University of Misiones (UNaM) within the framework of the Program to Strengthen Extension Activities (PROFAE). The goal was to facilitate the job placement of advanced students and recent graduates, especially in the forestry and agroindustrial sectors. The initiative focused on preparing young professionals for their first job interview, a critical stage often left out of traditional training for engineering-related careers.
